# Exporting a still image from your sequence

1. In the **Program** panel, position the **playhead** on the frame you would like to use as a still image.
2. Press the **Export Frame** button.
3. In the **Export Frame** dialog box, click **Browse**. Navigate to and select your project folder. Click **Choose**.
4. In the **Format** drop-down list, choose JPEG.
5. In the **Name** field, give the still image a name. 
6. When finished, click **OK**. Your still image will be JPEG in your project folder.
