# Starting a Teams Meeting

1. If necessary, open and log in to **Teams**.
2. In **Teams**, click **Calendar** (left panel.)
3. In the **Calendar**, navigate to the meeting.
4. Click the meeting and select **Join**. 
5. Choose your audio and video options.
6. Click **Join now**.
